I had an incredibly pleasant stay at the Embarc! The cozy rooms were spacious with great balconies, and the location was just a short walk to the village. I appreciated the included parking, which was a nice bonus. However, I did notice that the sidewalk to the village could be a bit tricky in parts for those with mobility issues. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely consider going back!

The accommodations were mostly comfortable, though I encountered some issues with cleanliness and the kitchen amenities were lacking. The staff was amiable and the location provided stunning views, but the lack of concierge service was a downside. Overall, it's a charming place to visit, especially for outdoor activities.

We spent four nights in a spacious one-bedroom suite that was very comfortable and well-equipped. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the village, which is packed with activities and dining options. However, the second-floor unit posed some challenges for us, especially since we had bicycles. The lack of a direct sidewalk to the Hilton property is a bit of a concern for those needing mobility support or traveling with kids. Overall, it's a solid choice for anyone visiting the area.

The Embarc Blue Mountain resort is a picturesque escape, ideal for families or couples looking to enjoy a cozy winter retreat. The rooms are spacious with lovely views, and the nearby village offers a vibrant atmosphere with plenty of amenities. However, the lack of elevators in the lodge can be quite inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage, and some furnishings could use an update. Also, the dining options are limited, with higher prices being the norm in the area.
Rooms

The one-bedroom suite was spacious and well-appointed, offering a full kitchen and a lovely fireplace. It was comfortable for our needs, but there were no frying pans which was a bit inconvenient for cooking.
Service

The service was generally welcoming, but my interaction regarding our room situation left us feeling a bit dismissed. A more proactive approach to customer needs would improve the experience.

Dining

While there were many dining options in the nearby village, the on-site breakfast basket was a convenient but limited choice. The local restaurants are nice but can be expensive.
Facilities

The amenities include a gym and library/cinema, which were enjoyable. However, the lack of a full upscale dining option on-site was a downside.

Our stay at this resort was absolutely wonderful! The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the view from our room was just stunning. The staff were incredibly accommodating, even moving us to a more accessible room due to an injury. The only downside was that the kitchen supplies were a bit lacking, and we had some dishware that wasn't properly cleaned. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I can't wait to return to enjoy more of what the resort and area have to offer!
